Behind that figure are over 50,000 professionals registered on the platform and over 6,000 events since launch, with more than 1,800 events in 2025 alone. What we prefer to describe is the work we do for the companies that come back. The only names we publish belong to the events our clients have authorised us to show.
A trade fair, a medical congress, brand events and a corporate family day call for different roles: hostesses and stewards on registration and welcome, medical hostesses to record attendance at congresses that award continuing medical education (CME) credits, promoters on activations, and models for product presentations. Our case history presents some of these events. Attendance numbers, budgets and commercial results stay unpublished, because that information belongs to our clients.
Associations and recognition
ToGet4U is a member of Federcongressi & Eventi, the Italian association of companies and professionals working in the congress and events industry. Its member listing is published on the association’s website, where anyone can check it. We also belong to Assolombarda, and ToGet4U has received the Global 100 2025 Winner recognition in the Best Events Services Business category. For a corporate client, membership of Federcongressi & Eventi counts when the event is a CME congress, where registration procedures and attendance tracking leave no room for improvisation. It counts again when a procurement department asks a supplier to prove that it really belongs to the industry it claims to serve, and expects that proof to come from a third party.
What you get from us, event after event
Every partnership runs through a dedicated Event Manager, a single human point of contact from the first request through to the post-event stage, who also sets the way your staff is chosen. The Event Manager shortlists the profiles available for each role, city and period, then you compare them and decide who stands at each post, which is exactly what we mean when we say that you choose the staff. In peak weeks, 90% of selections are closed within 48 hours.
The paperwork around your staff stays with us: staff contracts are digital and signed on the platform, the client contract comes as a PDF, and staff insurance and administrative obligations are borne by ToGet4U.
Staff only, or the whole event
The scope of a partnership is worth settling with the first request, because what we cover depends on it. When you ask us for staff only, we select the professionals, handle contracts and insurance cover and prepare the briefing on dress code, schedules, posts and on-site contacts, while the Event Manager follows the event remotely. A site visit to the venue depends on the case and the type of event, so we do not list it among the things we promise. If you entrust us with organising the whole event, the scope widens: the site visit is included, and the Event Manager is on site on the day to coordinate suppliers, supervise the spaces and manage entrances and exits. The staff briefing covers the same ground in both cases.
