Every company request to ToGet4U starts from the staff roles needed, the city where they have to be and the date to cover. We handled more than 1,800 events in 2025, and the ones our portfolio publishes by name are grouped by the kind of work they call for. You can request a free quote while you are still deciding who should look after your event, before committing to anything.
Fairs and congresses: accreditation, welcome and assistance in the hall
Fairs and congresses are the most demanding family, because the audience arrives all at once. The first person a visitor meets on behalf of the organiser is someone standing behind a desk. The operational work covers accreditation, reception and information desks, guiding visitors to the stand and assistance in the conference room. Those tasks shape the visitor’s first impression of the event, and they are carried out at exactly the moment the queue is longest. In this family the portfolio counts over 3,000 events, among them the stands at the Salone del Libro (Turin), the Congresso dei Ministri d’Europa (Turin), the Congresso Randstad (Reggia di Venaria), all the main trade fairs in Italy and a great many national and international congresses. As a format, a medical congress calls for a specific figure, the medical hostess, who records attendance according to the rules set by the accreditation provider.
Across congresses the tasks stay much the same, while the logistics change with the venue. A congress in a historic building is prepared differently from one in a purpose-built conference centre, since routes, access points and set-up windows differ and have to be agreed beforehand with whoever manages the space. The audience changes things as well: when it is international, language becomes a requirement that the company states in its request, asking for interpreters or for hostesses and stewards who speak a particular language, and profile selection starts from there.
Corporate events and family days for the company’s own people
A family day faces inwards, towards the company’s employees and their families, and that shapes the staff profile it needs. On a family day the figures are entertainers and animators, welcome staff and people who look after activities for adults and children, sometimes with a presenter or a moderator to host the event. The pace of the day is set by the families taking part. At a corporate event the register shifts towards formal hospitality and guiding guests. In both formats the client is an internal department of the company, with a single contact to call: its Event Manager.
Fashion and luxury: polished presence and discretion
Among the many events we have looked after in this family, some of the most prestigious are the Evento Bulgari (Milan), the Party Ferrari (Monte Carlo) and the Evento Tiffany (Bologna). In settings like these the staff have to be immaculate and unobtrusive at the same time, because formal hospitality and directing guests between spaces leave no margin for improvisation. Profiles are therefore selected on bearing and relevant experience as well as on availability for the date.
The Party Ferrari in Monte Carlo is a reminder that our coverage does not stop at the Italian border: the platform selects professionals in cities across Europe, Monaco among them.
Retail and fitness: staff at the point of sale
In retail and fitness the public is on the move, so staff have to catch people’s attention as they walk past. The typical work for this family is field marketing and in-store promotion, with the promoter in the key role, trained on the brand before going out onto the shop floor. That training, and the coverage of the right time slots, both rest on the information the company gives us at the outset.
At ToGet4U we have followed hundreds of brands in their promotions: ALDI supermarkets across Italy, MediaMarkt, Deichmann, KFC, Sinsay, DM, O’Tacos and JYSK, to name a few. Fitness brands are on the list too, such as Anytime Fitness, Virgin and many others.
The Event Manager behind every format
We work the same way whatever the format. The request comes in with the figures, the city, the period and any other services, and we prepare a quote that covers everything. Once you accept it, we send you the available profiles: you compare them and choose the staff yourself, which is the promise ToGet4U is built on. From that point the coordination is ours, from the staff contracts through to the post-event stage, with the Event Manager as your contact at every stage.
The size of the network is what lets the same service reach beyond the big cities: over 50,000 professionals are registered on the platform. In peak weeks, 90% of selections are closed within 48 hours. ToGet4U® is the platform of ASDM S.r.l., whose registered office is in Turin, and the company’s story is told on the about us page. Our associations and partnerships are set out under partnerships and clients.
Team building, catering and the formats the portfolio does not list
The portfolio entries are the ones we can name, and the catalogue of services is wider: event organisation, medical congresses, family days, field marketing, in-store promotion, team building and event catering. A team building day needs staff who run the activity and keep it to time, backed by coordination the participants barely notice. Event catering brings in chefs, bartenders and waiters, whose work is fitted around the timings of the day. If the format you have in mind resembles none of the portfolio entries, the most useful starting point is a description of it, covering the type of event, the dates, the place and the figures you need, since that is what the proposal is built from.
