Models for events, photo shoots and fashion shows
Fashion show models work to a running order: a fitting, a rehearsal, outfit changes between looks and a few minutes on the runway that the rest of the day is built around. A photo shoot runs on a shot list, and catalogue, e-commerce and campaign sets leave little slack in it, so punctuality and stamina under the lights matter as much as the look the brand has chosen. At a trade fair the day is long. From opening to close the model stays with the product, greets visitors at the stand and may be asked to explain what they are looking at, which is why a brief for a fair covers the product as well as the dress code.
Product launches and showroom presentations put models in front of press and retailers, wearing the new collection or holding the product, and at a corporate event they work alongside the welcome staff. Where a job is about brand presence more than about wearing a collection, ToGet4U also supplies promotional models for fairs and brand events. Models can share a request with other roles, too: a fashion show with hostesses at the door and models on the runway, or a launch with promoters sampling outside the showroom, runs on one quote and one contact person. Hostesses and stewards for welcome, registration and stand assistance come through the hostess and event staff agency, while sampling, field marketing and in-store work belong to the promoter agency.

How we select the right models
Selection starts from the brief, which is where the needs of the job are written down. A company booking models for a spring catalogue, a runway or a stand describes the look it has in mind, the sizes of the sample collection, the experience the job calls for and any language needed with foreign buyers. Petite profiles for a smaller-fit line are requested the same way. Your dedicated Event Manager compares that brief with the profiles in the network, leaves out anyone who has not given availability for your dates and sends you a curated shortlist in which each profile shows the experience the model has entered on the platform.
From there the decision is yours: you compare the shortlisted models, look at their experience and choose who will be on set or on the runway, so the team at the event is the one you picked. Behind the shortlist stand over 50,000 professionals registered on the platform, across every event staffing role, with more than 1,800 events handled in 2025 and over 6,000 since launch. In peak weeks, 90% of selections are closed within 48 hours.
Before the job, the models receive a briefing on dress code, times, positions and the people to report to at the venue. The Event Manager follows the day remotely and remains your contact from the first request until after the event, so the booking keeps a single name even when it covers several roles or more than one date.
Where we work
We operate in Italy, Germany and Spain, and the platform selects professionals in cities across Europe, including Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam. Wherever the job takes place, the request works the same way, with the city and the dates in it and the Event Manager looking for models available there. Distance belongs in the brief as well: a brand that searches for a modeling agency near me wants models who can reach the set or the venue without a long journey, and that preference goes into the request as a requirement, to be weighed when the shortlist is prepared.
Several cities have a page of their own, with the roles available there and how booking works in that city, among them the modeling agency in Paris and the modeling agency in Milan.
How to book models for your event
A quote is free, carries no obligation and does not require you to register. The request needs a clear picture of the job: what is being shown or photographed, the city, the dates and times, how many models and what kind of profile. A dress code, a production brief or a language requirement belongs in it too, because the Event Manager builds the search from those details.
- The request. Job details reach the Event Manager through the quote form.
- The quote. You receive a comprehensive quote and, once you have accepted it, a shortlist of available models.
- The choice. From that shortlist you book the models you want, and the contract reaches you by email.
Insurance on the staff and the related paperwork are handled by the platform and not charged to you. The comprehensive quote covers everything, from the models’ fees with their statutory contributions to the dedicated Event Manager, and sets out the cost before any contract is signed.
Models also fit formats that are neither a runway nor a set: hand shots for a jewellery line, a new eyewear range worn at the opening of a store, a brand’s anniversary party. Those jobs go through the same request for a quote, described by type of event, dates, place and the roles needed, and the proposal comes back in the same form.
