Corporate team building events
A corporate team building day has a venue, a date, a number of participants and the people who make it happen, and we treat it on that operational level. Your HR department or management sets the purpose and picks the format, while we select and coordinate the staff who work on the ground: hostesses at the entrance, entertainers leading the activities, chefs, bartenders and waiters when lunch or drinks are part of the programme. It is the same method behind all our event services for companies, with a dedicated Event Manager as your single point of contact from the brief to the post-event stage.
We provide the people and the running of the day, with a format built around your group and the venue. The design of a training path, and the assessment of what it changes in the way your people work together, stay with whoever in your company knows them best. When the aim is to get two departments talking again after a merger, our job is to make sure the day runs as agreed, with every professional at the station set out in the briefing.
Team building formats we run
The format follows the purpose of the day. Among corporate events for team building, an incentive rewards a group that reached its targets, so the welcome, the food and the entertainment carry more weight, whereas a training off-site leaves room for a discussion led by your own managers and the activity serves that moment. Indoor or outdoor, half day or full day, the choice also depends on the size of the group and on the space, from a meeting room in your building to a venue booked for the occasion.
Cooking challenges and cocktail making
Participants split into brigades and either compete at the stove or prepare a shared menu, with chefs guiding each station and making sure every group gets its dishes to the table. When the afternoon closes with drinks, bartenders join in, and a cocktail-making round between departments fits into the same format. Hostesses handle arrivals and check-in and divide the participants into groups, so the chefs start with the brigades already formed.
Puzzles, treasure hunts and indoor challenges
Team challenges, treasure hunts and logic games played room by room all revolve around problems that a group solves together. Puzzles and logic games fit a training room or a meeting room at your premises, so nobody has to travel, while a treasure hunt takes the teams out into the streets of the city centre. The entertainers and animators run the rounds and keep time, and hostesses welcome participants and assign them to their teams. A short quiz between tables at the end of a seminar works on the same principle and needs far fewer people than a half-day hunt.
Outdoor days in parks and sports grounds
Orienteering, relay races and sports challenges between teams take place in a park, on a sports ground or in the grounds of a country venue. The staff assist the groups along the course and at the meeting points, and the entertainers keep the scores. With an outdoor format it pays to plan an indoor space from the start, in case the weather turns.
Art workshops, music and corporate volunteering
Collective painting, music sessions and corporate theatre are led by entertainers, and a DJ joins when the music becomes part of the programme. Corporate volunteering follows a different logic, because a half day of community work is coordinated with the organisation that hosts you. On that day the staff welcome participants and accompany them to the work groups.
Family days, conventions and formats of your own
When the families of your employees are invited, the relevant service is our corporate family day events, with entertainment for children and a separate welcome. A team building session that sits inside something larger, such as a convention, an awards dinner or a company party, is directed through the event organization service.
Some ideas for corporate team building events match none of these formats: a photo challenge through the city centre, a football tournament between departments in your courtyard, a karaoke night with a DJ after a sales meeting. Days like these start from the entertainers, hostesses, chefs or bartenders needed to run them, and the format is built around those professionals. In a quote request for a team building day of your own, the type of day, the dates, the place and the roles you expect are enough to build the proposal.
How we deliver your team building
Everything starts from the purpose and the format, and we adapt the format to the number of participants, the venue and the time available. We then send a comprehensive quote and, once you accept it, propose the profiles available in that city for that date, and you compare them and choose the staff yourself. Specific needs of your group, such as a foreign language for colleagues arriving from abroad, go into the request as requirements, and the selection takes them into account.
Logistics covers materials, shifts, timings, the welcome at the entrance and the lunch break. Before the day the staff receive a briefing on dress code, timings, stations and on-site contacts, and the Event Manager holds the pieces together from the brief to the post-event stage. On the platform each professional signs a digital contract and knows the fee before accepting, so the people who turn up are the ones who agreed to those conditions.
The network behind these days counts over 50,000 professionals registered on the platform, which is what makes coverage possible in smaller cities as well as in large ones. ToGet4U® managed more than 1,800 events in 2025 and over 6,000 events since launch, and in peak weeks 90% of selections are closed within 48 hours. We operate in Italy, Germany and Spain, so a company with teams in more than one country can run the same format in several cities.
Full organisation or staff only
The Event Manager’s role changes with what you hand over. When the whole day is ours to organise, the site visit is included and the Event Manager handles on-site coordination on the day, from suppliers to the oversight of the spaces and the management of entrances and exits. If you or one of your suppliers runs the format and only the people are missing, we supply the staff, the Event Manager follows the day remotely, and a site visit depends on the case and on the type of event.
How to request team building
A request needs no registration and states the size of your team, the city, the date and the format you have in mind, with a couple of lines on the day you picture. You then receive a comprehensive quote and, once you accept it, the available profiles, so you compare the professionals and choose who works at your event. The platform covers cities across Europe, and team building events in Berlin, in Madrid or in Barcelona go through the same flow as a day in Milan or Turin.
Your request leads to a free, no-obligation quote, and the insurance on the staff and the paperwork are borne by the platform. The quote is comprehensive, covering the staff fees with statutory contributions, the agency costs of contracting them and a dedicated Event Manager. Your Event Manager follows the request from the first message, so the person who reads your brief is the one you speak to after the event.
