Since January 2021, companies, brands and event organisers have used ToGet4U® to find the people an event needs: hostesses and stewards, models, promoters, bartenders and waiters, and the other professional figures that a trade fair, a congress or a product launch calls for. ASDM S.r.l. runs the platform and uses it to select and manage that staff. Over 50,000 professionals are registered on the network today, and more than 1,800 events in 2025 were handled through it. Anyone with an event to staff can request a free quote by entering the figures, the city and the period, without creating an account.

Incorporated in 2020, ASDM S.r.l. still holds the status of innovative start-up. Its identification details are those published in the company’s documents: VAT number 12260420018, REA number TO-1276871, share capital 18.648,35 €. The company is a member of Federcongressi & Eventi, the Italian national association of businesses in the congress and events sector, which publishes its member profile, and it also belongs to Assolombarda. It has received the “Global 100 2025 Winner” recognition.
ToGet4U works on the operational side of an event: the people who make it run, how they are chosen, the contract that engages them and the coordination around them, all handled through a proprietary platform and an app. Developing the creative concept of an event falls outside that scope.
Online since 2021, from an idea born at a trade fair in Germany
The post announcing the portal’s launch is dated 2 January 2021, and press coverage began on 26 January of the same year, with an article in Donna in Affari. Behind the launch lies an older experience, on the buying side. At a trade fair in Germany, a comparison of several quotes for a hostess, followed by a conversation with the hostess who was eventually chosen, showed how large the mark-ups applied by agencies in the events sector were.
From then on, the growth of the network is documented year by year: more than 5,000 active professionals in 2022, over 20,000 by June 2024 and over 40,000 by March 2026. In August 2026 a new version of the platform was released and opened under a user licence to other operators in the sector. The tool ToGet4U built for its own work has thus become infrastructure that other companies can use.
The model: the platform preselects, the client chooses
The request is written without registering and states the professional figures, the city and the period. ToGet4U prepares a quote that covers everything and, once the client accepts it, sends the available profiles; the client then compares the candidates and decides who to have at the event. The promise attached to the brand since launch is that you choose the staff. The work is divided accordingly: a dedicated Event Manager looks after the preselection, while the final choice stays with the company. The figures we select and the services we manage
The site gives three dedicated sections to the professional families that companies ask for by name. Hostesses and stewards cover welcome, accreditation, reception, stand guidance and hall assistance at trade fairs and congresses. Models work on fashion shows, photo shoots, showrooms and product presentations, while promoters handle field marketing, in-store promotion, sampling and brand activations at the point of sale.
Alongside them, the network includes medical hostesses for accredited congresses, interpreters, promotional models, entertainers and animators, bartenders, chefs, waiters, film extras, drivers, DJs and many other figures. The company states in its request which figures it needs, how many and with which requirements, and the preselection starts from there. On the services side, beyond staff selection ToGet4U manages event organisation, medical congresses, corporate family days, field marketing campaigns, in-store promotion, team building and event catering.
Organising the whole event or supplying the staff
Requests do not all have the same scope, and the service changes with them. When ToGet4U organises the entire event, the site visit is included, and on the day the Event Manager is on site to coordinate suppliers, supervise the spaces and manage entrances and exits. For requests limited to the supply of staff (hostesses, promoters, models, stewards), the Event Manager follows the event remotely and a site visit is not promised, since it depends on the case and on the type of event. In both cases the staff receive a briefing that covers dress code, hours, positions and on-site contacts.

Who leads the company
Mauro Tartamelli is Founder of ToGet4U and has shaped its model since the portal went online. Francesca Rubiola is CEO and Head Event Manager, responsible for the operational management of events and for coordinating the professionals on the platform. Speaking to Il Giorno on 3 May 2025, Tartamelli described the aim as creating a system that protects both parties.
In Corriere Nazionale on 25 March 2026, Rubiola observed that the people who work at events are often the public’s first point of contact with a brand, yet they tend to be selected in a hurry and paid late. In her view, the average quality of the service suffers for as long as selection remains opaque and slow. She pointed to transparency on fees and reliable payment dates as the place to start. That transparency takes a contractual form that can be checked: digital contracts signed on the platform and a fee known before the assignment is accepted. Payment arrives on terms agreed case by case for professionals with a VAT number; without one, occasional work is paid on scheduled dates and an employment contract on the same case-by-case terms.
Where we operate
ToGet4U covers events across Europe, and we operate in Italy, Germany and Spain. Expansion beyond Italy began with Germany, the country where the idea behind the company took shape, and the Italian national press documented operations there in March 2026. Spain is the market now opening. Both of the company’s premises are in Italy, in Turin and Milan. In the other markets ToGet4U is present through the service the platform provides, with no company structure of its own.
