End-to-end event services

Around the staff sit the other operational services a company would otherwise source one supplier at a time, from event organisation and catering to activations in shops and team building days for employees. A marketing department that books staff for an exhibition stand in spring can hand its family day to the same contact in autumn, and a single quote can hold staff and organisation together.
How much of the event we take on depends on what you hand over. With the whole event in our hands, the site visit to the venue is included, we coordinate the suppliers, supervise the spaces and manage the flow of guests in and out, and on the day the Event Manager is at the venue with the staff. When the running of the event stays with your own team, we supply the people and the Event Manager follows the event remotely. In both cases the staff receive a briefing on dress code, times, positions and the contacts on site.
We operate in Italy, Germany and Spain, and the platform selects professionals in cities across Europe, including Berlin and Barcelona. Both company offices are in Italy, the registered office in Turin and a second office in Milan. In any other city the proposal shows the profiles available on your dates and at your location, and the request follows the same steps everywhere.

Food and drink come through event catering, with chefs and bartenders selected for corporate and private events. For internal audiences there are team building events, designed and run with dedicated staff and operational coordination, and corporate family days with entertainers, welcome staff and activities planned for adults and children.
Campaigns that reach customers where they shop go through field marketing services: teams of trained promoters, activations in several cities and coverage of points of sale. In-store promotion brings the same work onto the shop floor, with sampling, product presentations, activity at the shelf and support for the sales staff. Medical congresses need specialised roles, with medical hostesses and staff who handle accreditation, attendance records and assistance in the session rooms.

How to request a proposal
A request for staff, for a whole event or for both needs no account on the platform: it carries the roles you need, the city and the period. The Event Manager assigned to you reads it and sends back a comprehensive quote. Once you accept it, the Event Manager pre-selects the professionals available on your dates and sends you their profiles. You compare the profiles and choose who works at your event, and from that point the staff sign their contracts digitally on the platform and the staff receive their briefing before the day.

Payment depends on how you work: on terms agreed case by case if you have a VAT number and, without one, on scheduled dates for occasional work or on the same case-by-case terms for an employment contract.
