Companies looking for event staff and the professionals who work through ToGet4U reach us through two channels, each with a different purpose. A company that needs hostesses, stewards, promoters, models or other event staff starts from the quote request form, which passes the request to an Event Manager. The address info@toget4u.com covers everything else, from general enquiries by companies to support for the people registered on the platform. Both channels are handled by ASDM S.r.l., the company behind ToGet4U®, which has its registered office in Turin and a second office in Milan.
Request a free quote
The page to request a quote asks for the roles you need, the city and the dates of your event. From there the request goes to a dedicated Event Manager, who prepares a quote; once you accept it, you receive the shortlisted profiles and choose the staff yourself. The quote is free and comes with no obligation.
This is the channel for companies setting up a stand at a trade fair, opening the accreditation desk of a congress, taking a brand into retail outlets or putting on an internal event. No account is needed to ask for a quote. When the booking covers staff supply only, the Event Manager follows the event remotely, and the briefing given to the staff covers dress code, working hours, positions and the people to refer to at the venue. If ToGet4U organises the whole event, the scope is different and is set out in the proposal.

The email address is info@toget4u.com, and it takes requests of any kind from both sides of the platform: companies planning an event and professionals with a question about their profile or an assignment. Since the same address serves both, it helps to say at the start of the message whether you are writing as a company or as a member of staff. We operate in Italy, Germany and Spain, and the platform covers cities across Europe.

For hostesses, promoters and other event professionals
If you work at events as a hostess, steward, promoter, model, bartender, DJ or interpreter, you handle your side of the platform yourself. From your account area you keep your profile up to date and apply for the job openings that suit you, entirely on your own terms, and sign-up is free. The ToGet4U app, for iOS and Android, gives you the same functions on your phone.
The pay is stated in each job offer, so you know it before you accept. Payment depends on how you work: on terms agreed case by case with a VAT number; without one, on scheduled dates for occasional work or on the same case-by-case terms for an employment contract.
