If you work at events, the ToGet4U® app puts your account area on your phone: from there you browse job offers, apply, update your profile and sign contracts. It runs on the same platform where over 50,000 professionals are registered. All it asks of you is a profile, which you create when you sign up for free, and after that you can download the app.
Where to download the app
The app is available for iOS on the App Store and for Android on Google Play, and downloading it is free, just like signing up to the platform. You log in with the same account you use for the web account area, using the email address and password you chose when you registered. Profile, applications and documents are shared, so whatever you update on your phone is there on your computer, and the other way round: if you already have a profile on the web, there is no need to create a second one for the phone.
Apply for jobs from your phone
Offers reach the app filtered by city, date and role, covering hostesses, stewards and promoters as well as models, bartenders, waiters, interpreters, entertainers and animators. Each offer states the service required, the location, the hours and the fee. Nobody assigns you shifts, which means you apply only to the offers that interest you. On the phone an application takes a moment, and that counts when an offer opens while you are out: you read the conditions, check the date and apply from wherever you are.
Keep your profile up to date
In the app you update your profile whenever something changes: the cities you are willing to travel to, a new experience, a more recent photo. An up-to-date profile is what a company reads when it chooses who it wants at its event. The cities you list carry weight, since a selection starts from the place where the event is held. Sign your contracts digitally
Once your application is confirmed, you sign the contract on the platform, straight from your phone, so there is nothing to print, scan or exchange by email, and the signed document stays in your archive. You know the fee before you accept, because the amount is shown in the offer together with the tasks and the hours. Payments depend on how you work: on terms agreed case by case if you have a VAT number, on scheduled dates for occasional workers, and on timing agreed case by case for an employment contract. The dashboard with your event history
The dashboard gathers in one place everything you have done on the platform:
- the applications you have sent and where each one stands;
- confirmed events, with date, location and meeting time;
- events you have already worked, with the signed contract and the agreed fee.
It is a record of your work in the events sector, and it fills itself in as you go. You will find it useful when someone asks about your past experience, and when you need to check a date or an amount from months back.
Who is behind the app: the ToGet4U® platform
The app belongs to ASDM S.r.l., the company that runs ToGet4U®, a registered trademark. ASDM S.r.l. was incorporated in 2020 and is an innovative start-up, while the portal has been online since 2021.
The offers you read come from companies looking for staff on ToGet4U, and the contract is signed with the platform. ToGet4U managed more than 1,800 events in 2025 and counts over 6,000 events since launch. Signing up costs nothing for anyone who works at events, and neither does applying.
